Our Story
Baseball Jobs Overseas began as a vision nurtured by Dave Burns, whose entrepreneurial spirit and passion for baseball fueled his desire to create a unique platform.
Growing up with a businessman father and an unwavering love for baseball, Dave recognized a significant gap in the market. He noticed the challenges baseball clubs overseas faced in recruiting players (and coaches) to import.
Determined to bridge this gap, Dave launched Baseball Jobs Overseas on January 1st, 2013, with one goal–to connect aspiring baseball players with international teams, allowing them to travel and play the sport they loved.
Despite initial struggles, Dave’s relentless dedication and passion paid off. By 2015, he had successfully monetized the website and expanded his team, which now includes former players who share his vision.
A pivotal moment came in 2018 with a comprehensive website redesign that significantly boosted the platform’s reach can capabilities.
Today, Baseball Jobs Overseas stands as a testament to helping others and growing the game globally. With a dedicated team and a strong reputation, the business continues to thrive, enabling baseball and softball players to live their dreams on an international stage.
