Personal
Thomas is a very experienced player, having had success in a top junior-college league, at the NCAA Division I level, and in the independent professional ranks. He is a very solid defensive outfielder with a strong arm and the speed to track down balls hit into the gaps.
Offensively, he has consistently put up high on-base percentages, as well as showing power to all fields. Eight of his eleven home runs in his most recent pro season were to the opposite field. He is a gap-to-gap hitter, and his speed enables him to take extra bases.
Thomas will add a lot of flexibility to a roster because of his ability to play all three outfield positions. He also has some playing experience at the infield spots.
He is a very hard worker, committed to putting in the extra work necessary to continually improve his game. He is a lead-by-example person and an energetic, supportive teammate.

Thomas is a unique individual combining high level baseball skills with intellect and focused energy. He is as plus runner with an above average accurate arm. In the field his routes and reading of balls off the bat result in rally ending defensive plays. At the plate he is balanced with a quiet bat He is in the zone a long time driving the ball gap to gap. On the bases he is a high energy aggressive runner.
Thomas is a good person who leads by example and in so doing makes his team better.
Thomas would be a tremendous addition to any club fortunate enough to have him. Thomas has an incredible baseball resume that includes success at the D1 and professional level in America, as well as invaluable international experience down in Australia. I recommend Thomas to any club looking for a loyal, reliable, and ultra talented player/person that will contribute to not only their top league, but will also coach/develop the organization’s youth players.
