Having met Ryan in person a few times and talking baseball, I can tell that Ryan is extremely passionate about growing the game of baseball. He came to us highly recommended by very well-respected coaches in the baseball world and did not disappoint. After speaking with his team in Austria, it seems as though everyone loves Ryan. He's done a great job of growing the game in a small region where baseball is not very popular. He attracted youth players from local schools and motivated some of the older guys to stick with the game. He's made a lasting impact on a small club and is looking to do so in a new part of the world.
Ryan and I worked together at the University of Texas. He worked on the strength and conditioning side of our program. He was a very hard worker, always making himself available to our players whenever they needed it. Ryan is genuine and passionate about working with athletes and helping them get better. Also, very knowledgeable yet motivated to continue to learn as much as he can about his craft.
Ryan really made 2 years of college strength and conditioning better. He related with us as players and kept us focused when necessary. He helped a lot of guys establish routines that never had routines.
