Natural born leader who is always the hardest working guy in the room. Being born and raised in Puerto Rico, my style of play is to bring infectious energy and excitement every day to the field, with a team first mentality. I earned Heart of America All-Tournament team my senior year. Also, Heart of America Champions of Character Award my junior season at Clarke University which was ranked #6 in the nation (2017) and #17 (2018). I have always been an above average defender and offensive weapon mainly because of my speed. Led my team in stolen bases (20) RBIs (33) & slugging % (.517) in 2018, and ranked 2nd in HRs (6) and runs (33).
Speedy player who can hit for both power and average. 6.5 60yd dash. 89-92 OF throw. 85-88 IF throw.
Currently playing winter ball in Australia where I am used as a shortstop and hitting in the middle of the order.

Ricky worked three jobs while earning a Bachelor's Degree in Biology and a minor in Sport Management, and playing baseball year round. He never missed classes and never complained. Ricky embraces challenges and overcomes odds. He earned a starting position and the respect of his teammates on a very competitive baseball team. He also volunteered whenever he could and lent a helping hand to those in need. Ricky has a passion toward learning and life.
