Video: Bullpen with radar gun – Jan 8, 2020

Pitching:
Fastball – 87-90mph
Changeup – 78-80mph
Curveball – 73-76mph
Cutter – 85-87mph

Hitting:
60-yard dash: 6.49s
40-yard dash: 4.51s
OF velocity: 96mph
Exit velocity: 98mph
Type: Spray to all fields with power to the pull-side. I have great reads on the basepaths and can steal a lot of bases. I am a good bunter, in both drag and sacrifice situations.

The outfield is a place that I am very comfortable as my speed is a ++ tool and so is my arm. I was a provincial all-star and the 5th-ranked OF in Canada of my graduating class in 2018 by PBR rankings. My secondary positions are mainly outfield and corner infield. I played CF and SS all my life. Centerfield was the position that I initially went into college playing and gradually transitioned to being a pitcher as my velocity flourished around my Junior year in the low-mid 90s.

I love sharing my knowledge and bring a lot of experience playing in diverse environments. At Clarendon College our team was made up of players from 15+ countries who all spoke different languages. As such, I am proficient in English (natively), French (natively), and Spanish (B1). I like to help create a fun environment for everyone, and still help to keep the group focused on the goal of winning. I love sharing my knowledge with other to help them grow and compete better, and also learn from those around me to help myself to do the same. I love being around the game and would enjoy any coaching opportunities, but overall I enjoy competing, and forging a bond with those around me.

Coaching

For youth coaching, I can provide a fun, skill-based environment that players will enjoy. The goal at a young age is to make players want to show-up and get better everyday and I can create an environment to promote that.
For older players I can help fine-tune skills and build training programs to help them grow and become better all-around players. When competition is the focus we must focus more on building the skills to compete at a high-level in-game.

Overseas Goals

I want to join a team that I can help to compete and bring another asset to their squad. I hope to be able to bring a positive, hard-working influence to the team, and also enjoy the journey. I am hoping to play many seasons overseas and would like to find a home that can help me grow just as much as I can help them.

Since graduating 1 year ago, I have played competitively in the AAA Ontario 22+ league, and helped the team on both the mound and in the outfield to secure 2nd place in Ontario. Narrowly missing a trip to the Canadian National tournament. I work out and throw everyday at an indoor-facility, with access to mounds, turf, batting cages, and a weight-room. I am in mid-season form and can help to make an immediate impact to any team.
