Personal

Zeke has good power at the plate, with an exit velocity off the tee in the upper 90s (mph).  Primarily an outfielder, his throws average in the mid-90s (mph).

Defensively, he offers versatility, as he can play second base and spot in as a relief pitcher in addition to playing all three outfield positions.

Zeke works out regularly and continues to work on his baseball skills to ensure that he is ready to play.

He describes himself as one who “leads by example and always has time to help teammates.”

Zeke also has experience coaching at the youth level, and he would be interested in assisting the staff of any team he is with.

Testimonials

Curtis Pelltier

Victoria Golden Tide manger

Zeke's best tool is his bat. Both for power and average. Power to all fields. He has the IQ to be any type of hitter the situation calls for. He is a leader offensively both at the plate and in the dugout. Always talking hitting and helping others with their approach and at bats. Zeke’s ability to make others around him better is something I really enjoy having on our team.

Zeke has a plus arm in the outfield. His speed and glove are both serviceable as he does a great job reading hitters and following the game pitch to pitch.

In my opinion, Zeke will be an asset to any team in the middle of the line up. He also works for me in my youth development program. He is a great teacher and ambassador of the game.

Golden Tide coach, former LA Dodgers 4th round draft pick

Zeke is a great teammate. He's a leader in our group and always comes ready to play. On the field, he's a true middle of the order bat. Over the last few months, I've personally seen him hit 4-5 long home runs from left center to the right field foul pole. He consistently squares the ball up and takes good at bats. He's agile and mobile for a big guy, and plays a solid RF or 1B. He will also compete on the mound and be able to provide solid innings for a team. Having personally played in the French Division 1 Baseball League for the Montpellier Barracudas, I can confidently say that Zeke would be a solid addition to any club of that level. He's hungry to play overseas and continue his career.
