Personal

Michael Click is an active veteran professional right-handed pitcher who in his seven year independent pro career has posted an era of 3.18 with 389 strikeouts over 362.1 innings of work.

A graduate of Temple University (NCAA I), Michael started his professional career in the Frontier League and has since pitched in the American Association, Australian Baseball League, and most recently in the Atlantic League for the York Revolution, the 2017 champions.

Michael and his 92-95 mph fastball (topping out at 98 mph) has spent his entire professional career coming out of the bullpen other than a few spot starts. However Mike is comfortable as a starter and is confident he would succeed there as well if given the opportunity. He also throws a 84-86 mph slider and an 81-84 mph change-up.

In addition to his playing career, Michael has been very active as a coach for the past decade at All-Star Baseball Academy in his native state of Pennsylvania and would be open to an assistant coaching role with a youth team for any club that signs him.

Michael is a travel enthusiast and even owns his own travel agency with his wife on the side. He is interested in potentially taking his career overseas so he can continue to play the game he loves while experiencing other baseball cultures as an ambassador of the game.
