In high school, I played all four years on varsity as a pitcher and outfielder. I made first team all-county 3 years with a career .393 batting average and a 1.46 ERA over 115 innings. At my first college, I also pitched and played outfield all three years I played there. Here I had 100 innings with just 27 earned runs. For the summer of 2015, I played in the South Florida Collegiate Baseball League for the Pompano Beach Clippers where we were ranked in the top 20 summer college teams that year. I was the closer all summer with 21 innings, 7 saves, and ERA of 1.29, and just 1 walk. In summer of 2017, I pitched for the Seacoast Mavericks in the Futures Collegiate Baseball League in New England. I was a starting pitcher, with 7 starts, 38 innings, and an ERA of 1.70. I was selected number 1 for the Eastern Division All-Star Team.

I am a leader. In both high school and college, I was captain 3 of the 4 years I was there. I’m not the loud mouth, rah-rah guy. I am the quiet leader that leads by example with my hard work and execution. As you can see, as I’ve moved up to bigger and better competition, I have not just held my own, but thrived. I am not afraid of any challenge, in fact I perform better in difficult situations. If there is bases loaded, no outs, I’m the guy to get us out of the inning with no runs scored. If its bottom 9, up 1, man on third with the top of the order, I’m the guy to strike out the side and save the game. Baseball is my life and my passion, I love the thrill of competition. I can’t wait to make a new baseball family.

Travis Turgeon

Washington College, Head Coach

Logan was one of my first recruits and is still a relationship I value today with him and his family. We have kept in touch over the years and I am thrilled to recommend him. Just to tell you a little of my background, I have coached DI, DII, DIII and high school and I come from a baseball family where my father was a Minor League Player of the Year for the Chicago Cubs. Logan has a ton of ability on the mound. He has a good three pitch offering and an unparalleled work ethic. Logan was actually the first person to introduce me to the Texas Baseball Ranch and their theories, which are now a pivotal part of my coaching. He is a leader, a great kid and most of all a competitor. If the game is on the line, Logan is the guy I would want to have the ball. He showed some ability with the bat early in his career, but obviously his value on the mound is his niche. He is no doubt in the top tier of kids I have coached as both a person and a player.
