Coaching

As a coach, I can pass on new age hitting philosophies to players looking to constantly improve. My head coach and mentor at Nova Southeastern was Greg Brown, who is now the  big league hitting coach for the Chicago Cubs, and is considered one of the top hitting minds in the game. I am able to teach similar philosophies to enable hitters to unlock their power.

Overseas Goals

I want to play overseas to continue playing the game I love. I hope to do well and help my team win a championship, with that hopefully leading to an opportunity stateside.

Testimonials

JJ Lally

Chicago White Sox Midwest Area Scout

I would be happy to promote Christian. He’s a dedicated baseball player who’s worked really hard at his craft. He has a chiseled physic.

Talent wise, he has plus raw power with strong instincts to hit. Capable of playing 1B and corner OF at the next level. What has hurt Christian is that he is a bit older. I would love to see him get a chance to keep playing because he certainly deserves it. I hope you can help him.

Chicago Cubs MLB Hitting Coach

Tim Huber

Augustana University Head Coach

Christian is an extremely unique guy in many ways. For one, he is baseball crazy...in a good way! We were his final stop in a college career hindered by injuries, dropped programs and unusual circumstances. Through it all, Christian maintained his interest and passion for the great game of baseball. For us he transferred in at the semester break for his 6th and final year of college. It is hard enough to join a team mid semester, let alone a good team and coming off the Covid year. Christian ended up being a key contributor in our line-up and helped us reach another regional. On the field he is a physical presence, capable of playing a couple positions (best at 1B) and being an offensive threat. He has a bit of an unorthodox swing but consistently competes in the box and has a knack for finding the barrel. Even though Christian was only with us for 6 months in our program, he has come back to watch us play and hang out with our guys. That says a lot about him and his care factor. I have a feeling Christian will keep playing baseball until someone tells him he can't do it any longer. He would be a great addition overseas and will be one of the hardest workers on the team from day one, no questions asked.
