Personal

I am a career .340 hitter and a middle of the order bat. I absolutely love to hit. I’m about to play my last season of college baseball and I would love an opportunity to see the world and extend my baseball career. I am a primary outfielder but I have played third base, and first base. I would describe my play style as hardnosed and gritty.

Brad Gyorkos

Culver Stockton College, Head Coach

Caleb is a 5th year senior here at Culver-Stockton and I have had the pleasure of coaching him for the past year and a half. He has exceeded all expectations, both on and off the field. He is a leader in the dugout and in the classroom. As a person, he would greatly improve any team’s clubhouse.

As a player, Caleb has the ability to do many things. He will hit in the middle of our lineup and is expected to drive the ball into gaps and out of the ballpark. He is very capable of double-digit home runs. I would expect that to translate at the next level. He also has the ability to handle the bat if required to bunt, or move the baseball. As an outfielder, he has the range to play both corners. With a plus throwing arm, he will be able to throw some guys out and impact the game. He has a high-level baseball IQ that will translate at the next level.

Lastly – Caleb is a fantastic teammate. Observing Caleb lead his team has been a pleasure. He will be an asset to anyone that will give him an opportunity.

As a person and player – I would recommend Caleb to any organization/team. He is a motivated, smart, humble, and strong young man. Moving and playing overseas will not be an issue for Caleb. Give him a shot!

Dan Smith

Culver Stockton College, Former Teammate

Caleb is both an exceptional teammate and ball player, and an even finer human being. During our time as teammates, Caleb proved to possess elite baseball intelligence as well as the ability to translate that knowledge into on-field production. I was also lucky enough to be a roommate of Caleb’s, and that experience gives me all of the confidence that he will be able to both adapt and thrive in the event that he finds playing opportunities abroad. No matter the adjustments required to living abroad, I’m sure that Caleb can face them head-on and excel athletically.

While being a powerful middle-of-the-rotation bat, Caleb is more than just a designated hitter. He is a versatile defender with a plus-grade arm and the ability to play multiple infield and outfield positions. Caleb’s commitment and passion for fitness is a testament to his work ethic and I would highly recommend him to any club that needs a strong-bodied run producer.

Jesse Katz

Minot State, Assistant Coach

Caleb is an outstanding human being with a phenomenal work ethic. Playing skills aside, any team would be fortunate to have a person like Caleb apart of their organization and growing the game overseas. On the baseball field, Caleb displays a hard nosed attitude and presence in the middle of the order with the ability to hit the ball out of the park at any moment. In the year that I got to know and coach Caleb, I saw him display leadership skills, a high baseball IQ, and a passion for development and learning. I highly recommend Caleb to any organization.
