The Grip is written by Dustin Hamilton, a left-handed pitcher from Castle Rock, Washington and former player Central Washington University who played overseas in Australia and Europe from 2015 to 2017.

This eBook is a great tool for youth coaches who could use additional support in developing their young pitchers and are ready to dive into some comprehensive, easy-to-consume content. This eBook covers it all; 5 phases of mechanics, arm care, pitch grips, warm-up routine, bullpen blueprint, pick-offs, holding runners one, the mental side of the game, and much more. Enjoy!

To reach out to Dustin with any questions about the eBook or simply just to thank him, you can email him at dustinhamilton722@gmail.com
