Víctor Lárez just wrapped up a stint with Team Argentina in the Latin American Series in Mexico, where he finished with a victory and a loss and a 5.40 ERA in two games. Larez is an 8-year veteran of professional baseball in the U.S., most recently with the Detroit Tigers, although he made his debut with the Florida Marlins in the Dominican Summer League in 2006 when he was 19 years old. As a minor leaguer, Victor won 44 games in just over 700 work innings and 80 starts. 

Victor has consistently been playing in the Venezuelan Winter League since 2010 and in the fall of 2018, he debuted in the Liga Argentina de Béisbol with Pumas de Córdoba for a short 3 month season before returning to the VZWL.
