35 yrs of professional experience both as a player and a coach/instructor.
Past 3 seasons I have been working with high school players as well as a collegiate summer league program in the CCL, a California summer wood bat league.
Coaching style is pretty versatile and communication is a strength, understanding different cultures and styles relating to the game on both sides of the ball. I have always felt that either playing or coaching on staffs we are ultimately responsible for setting the tone of a ball club. When players are shown respect and held accountable they learn to respect each other as teammates resulting in a winning environment and positive culture.
