High School I was All-League and a nominee for a few years in a row for Golden Glove, I got the Athlete with the biggest heart award my senior year.

College at FSC I got the all sportsmanship award which I am very proud of. 3 year captain at FSC.
John Jay College I was awarded MVP, led the team in home runs, rbis, stolen bases, batting average, fewest errors. Stealing nearly 20 bags, the most I’ve had in a season, I am not afraid to take a risk and will put a team in any good situation to win as I can. The fastest 60 I’ve ran was a 6.6 I manage 6.7-6.9 range. Love to run. Coming out of FSC with little playing time and going into John Jay I was able to be myself and enjoy baseball. Bringing this to the next level I will only increase from here.

Outfield: 5A with 56 PO, 19 SB, FLD% 938. I have always been a consistent 300 hitter and do great defensively.

Black Sox with Jimmy Rose as my manager. I had the opportunity to play 12 games with the organization. I was awarded an All-Star which I started in centerfield and led off the game with a double. Baseball is a competitive, challenging, and fun sport, keeping the mentality of playing the game like when I was little is key. It’s always a good day to have a great day!

Abilities summary: Good pop in the bat and contact, from top of the order to a 4 hitter ability. I love to run and steal a bunch of bases and with my awareness on the base path I like to steal an extra bag on a base hit. Draws walks and fights off pitches, not afraid to be down with two strikes when it gets to it.
As a pitcher I am a bull dog. No fear on the mound as a set up guy or a reliever. I hit my spots, throwing a fastball, cutter, knuckle drop, and a curveball, mixing and throwing people off balance. I do not throw the hardest but I get the job done and hit my spots well. I keep the ball low, groundballl pitcher and not afraid to throw anything inside. Love to help the team get out of the jam from the pen.
Love to run in the outfield, dive, track balls down, and quick transfer and very accurate, hard arm from the outfield. I know words mean a thousand things but as a big work ethic kind of person I would love to prove to you what I got and make actions speak louder then words.

Overseas goals: Use overseas as a stepping stone into professional ball in the U.S., Experience new cultures and meet new people, Use my knowledge and experience to help grow the game globally, Stay active during the offseason in a winter league, Gain coaching experience

I have great ties with communities. I love kids and baseball, playing baseball anywhere has always been a dream of mine and I will fight for any spot. I do not back down from a challenge and do not crack under pressure. I thrive having a man on base when I am up to the plate. I love coming out of the pen and being told I got to get three outs.

I am a huge energy in the dugout and on the field. I play with energy, authority, and professionalism. I will take all the time in the world needed to make sure a kid has an autograph or a picture as well as talking to people.

I am the hardest worker you will find! I will run through walls in the outfield and layout whenever in the infield. I am a big weight-room advocate and stay conditioned.

Video Highlights

Joe Mandile

John Jay College Head Coach

Cell 914-557-9379 Ryan led the team in Home Runs, Batting Average, Hits, Doubles, RBIs, and stole 19 out of 20 bases. He is a plus bat, and a great ability to work hard and dedicate himself. His desire to play at the next level is high and was a major component why we went to the Championship in 2018. We were super excited to get him when he transferred from Farmingdale State. He was very clutch and was in the middle of our order. You could trust him to come up big with a big hit including his walk off homer that made him our MVP at Purchase College.

Jimmy Rose

Manager of LI Black Sox

Cell 516-458-0660

Randy Caden

Assistant Coach Farmingdale State College

Cell 516-906-7020 Ryan Osborne was a key player for the Farmingdale Rams baseball program for three seasons. A key player in the outfield because of his outstanding range and excellent speed Ryan was able to make plays that average outfielders couldn't. Ryan was very powerful and could reach the gaps on either side. With his speed he was able to always get that extra base when needed. When not starting Ryan would come off the bench and help get that run we needed and then go in the field for his defense. Ryan also has worked for me the past five years helping teach the young players the game of baseball with lessons and clinics. The kids love Ryan because he is positive and responsible in his methods.
