If there was a must win game, I'd want Ryan on the mound. He's a fighter. He doesn't care who is in the box, he knows that he's better, and will execute his pitch. As a person, Ryan has developed into a leader of our pitching staff and team by the way he conducts himself in the weight room, while training, on the field and off it, Ryan displays the qualities and attributes of a fantastic leader.
