As a coach, I am all about development. My philosophy is about value-added. If a player wants to work hard, that is motivation to me! I see coaching as a way to teach life skills, build resilience, and enable players to be the best they can be. I strive to create a positive environment where people come to practice and games because they love the environment, they love softball, and they want to be there.

My strengths are biomechanical analysis, practice organisation, team tactics, and game tactics. I am competent at teaching and coaching both offensive and defensive skills, and work on players owning their decisions. In other words, they learn the game, rather than relying on a coach telling them what to do on the field. I love a challenge, and can coach from Youth to Elite.
