Mikulas is a two-way player – primarily a third baseman and pitcher, but he can also play any of the other infield spots. In an injury-shortened 2022 season, he posted a very high .456 on-base percentage and had a 3.30 earned-run average as a pitcher.
Defensively, he has a strong throwing arm. As a pitcher, he features a sinker that ranges from the low-80s to mid-80s (mph), along with a slider, change-up and splitter.
He is a very hard worker and an energetic, lead-by-example teammate. He is the type who consistently shows up early and stays late to put in extra work. He continues to train regularly.

I have followed Mikulas's playing career since he was eight years old.
I've spent the last four years as his coach in the U21 team and the A team with SaBaT.
Mikulas loves baseball, and he works very hard to improve as a player.
He is very honest in training.
In the 2020 season he played for the first time in the Czech's highest competition - Extraliga. He finished with .254 BA, which is good work from a young player. His OBP was .319. In the regular season he worked on his strike zone, and his OBP at that time was .456.
In SaBaT Prague he played as third baseman and pitcher, but he is universal.
