My coaching style is discipline of the fundamentals first followed by freedom of the players unique abilities.
I now have PLAYER/MANAGER experience from (SABL) Australia.
Overseas Goals
Development of skills within the game of baseball is important to me and have had amazing fan experiences and often better in other countries besides the USA, I also want to help make Global impact on the game mindset/ grow the game world wide, multi-cultural experiences, multi-language experiences, cross-boarder championships, further development of leadership skills and development of baseball abilities as a player and as a coach. I like the idea of playing and winning world wide championships
My training is extensive and specific, starting always with defense first (defense wins championships) ranging from 100- 1000 repetitions left handed and right handed picks off short hop to instill feel of ball to glove to throwing slot, mix low/ high intent throws from various positions, pitching mechanics/ infielders mechanics, various slots of the arm, followed by sprint work/ tee swings 50 left handed 50 right handed (high intent), cold water therapy / ocean swimming daily, finishing my nights off at the gym with weight training
