Personal

Jordan is an excellent contact hitter with a strong focus on on-base percentage.  During his college career, he had an on-base rate of nearly 48 percent.

He is versatile defensively.  Primarily a centerfielder in college, he has the speed, range and ball-tracking ability to get to balls that many outfielders would not.  He has a very accurate throwing arm.  He has also played both corner outfield positions, and he was primarily a shortstop in high school, so he can fill in there when necessary.

Jordan is a very vocal and supportive teammate who brings much energy to the field and the dugout.  He leads by example and is very competitive and hard-working – one of those who puts in time before and after practices searching for continual improvement.  He works out and trains regularly to maintain his skills at a high level.

He has coaching experience in his background – having worked with players of all ages at a baseball academy – and he would be interesting in lending a hand to a club’s coaching staff.

I coached Jordan during his entire career at the University of Dallas and we developed a great relationship throughout his four years on the field that has also extended beyond his collegiate career.

Jordan is the definition of a competitor. Through his relentless work ethic, he overcame every obstacle that he faced during his college career to become one of our best, and most reliable, players--not to mention one of the best all-around players in the conference. As a coach, it's a comforting feeling being able to pencil in the same guy in CF and the leadoff spot every single game.

Jordan knew his physical strengths as well as his weaknesses and worked extremely hard to improve every facet of his game. His best quality as a baseball player, however, is his baseball IQ. There was never a situation that he hadn't already practiced or thought about before it happened and he used every little edge to his advantage.

Jordan would be a great addition to any team--his skillset, his competitiveness, and his work ethic will not allow him to fail and I have no doubt that he would find success at the next level.

I've known Jordan since he was for 7 years old. He is a highly competitive young man with great character. He's the first one in, last one out. He is always helping his team win and helping his fellow players.

I am honored to recommend him. He would be an asset to any organization.
