Current Fitness Level
My preparation is built on structured discipline, data-backed training, and daily intent. I maintain a rigorous 5–6 day weekly regimen in the weight room focused on explosive power, rotational force, and scapular health to ensure durability over a long season. Currently, I am dialed into an intensive 10-week velocity development program designed to push my fastball from sitting 92–93 mph (topping 94 mph) to consistently sitting 94–95 mph (topping 97 mph). Paired with daily arm care, mobility routines, and regular bullpen sessions tracking shape and command, I ensure I arrive in peak physical condition and game-ready on day one.

Having served six years in the United States Army, he understands discipline, accountability, sacrifice, and what it means to be part of something bigger than yourself. I met Jared in a local Miami men’s league, which you may or may not know is the land of extra reps for anyone not in affiliate ball especially in South Florida.
From the moment I met him I thought he was a diamond in the rough / needle in a haystack. In 2024 when we met he had just converted to a pitcher. He was the definition of raw talent with an ELECTRIC fastball. I told him that if he can develop his talents on the mound someone will pick him up. Since then he has been a workaholic. I consistently see his workouts on social media and clearly it paid off to grab the attention of St.Thomas University which is a competitive NAIA in Miami that is heavily backed by Scott Boras….
All in all, I share this to say Jared is an asset to any pitching staff. Whether that be a starter, middle relief guy or a closer. He has the stuff to go far and even become a big league anomaly in my professional opinion. He just needs a chance and someone who can help mold him into the monster he can be.

I met Jared sometime toward the end of 2023 where I got my first look at him on a field. He wasn’t quite a pitcher yet at the time. He was someone that threw around low 80’s at that point and had no idea where the ball was going. Granted it was also his first game action he had seen for a while so he was definitely shaking off some rust.
But he was determined to play college ball and surrounded himself around good people in the game to help grow as a ballplayer in all facets of the game and life. He was originally set on being an outfielder but the more he threw off a mound, the more he was learning, the more confident he became. His consistent hard work and willingness to study the position has led him to his growth on and off the field.
Now, three years later, he’s managed to get his Velo touching mid 90’s with a pretty good arsenal of pitches to go along with and has become consistent at doing it. He’s a model of resilience and has plenty to offer for the next level.
