I have a primary background in pitching, from my youth to my semi professional career in Dordrecht and Palm Springs. I have coached from the youth level to high level college athletes, have coached players in my native language and when I had no knowledge of the language – I am confident in my ability to reach players.
My time as a coach has prepared me for all the elements that are not seen on game days: practice development / strength & conditioning / field-facility management / budget management / recruiting (both to the organization and helping to move on) / leadership-team culture development / video editing and mechanical evaluations / working with ALL position groups and offensive development, both for a team and individual. I have lived in big cities and tiny farm towns; I’m ready for any challenge.
