Personal

Consistent power hitter who walks more than I strike out. High on base average. Has been a consistent starter throughout my Division 1 softball career. Powerful arm behind the plate with a 1.75 pop time. Excellent framer who has a good working relationship with pitchers. Leader on the field.

I have been put in a variety of roles throughout my college playing career. I have played the majority of first base my sophomore year and DP’d the majority of my 2024 season after coming back from an ACL injury.

Vocal leader who leads with experience and by example. I believe that creating genuine relationship off the field lead to better team cohesion on the field. Always working my hardest to push myself and others.

Career highlights

1st Official College at-bat was a home run (Wright State, 2020)
A-10 All Conference 1st team (Dayton, 2022) highlighted by a .379 batting average that year
Unsung Hero Award winner (Dayton, 2022)
MVC All Tournament Team (Belmont, 2024)

Coaching

I have limited coaching experience but have given lessons for most of my college softball career. In 2022, I interned at a softball training facility in Springboro, Ohio; I worked on hitting with the athletes, training separation between hands and hips, hitting sequence, and body tilt. I also have substantial leadership experience. Currently, I am studying for my master’s in Strategic Communication and Leadership. Being a sixth-year softball player and a player who has played at multiple different colleges, I have a unique amount of experience seeing how Division 1 programs are run and what needs to occur to achieve a high level.

Overseas Goals

I have overcome a variety of adversity and hardships during my college softball career, from experiencing the discontinuation of my first college softball team (Wright State) to losing a parent during my sophomore year of college (at Dayton) to tearing my ACL in 2023. I have come back stronger in each of these situations and have seen proof that softball has been a gift in my life. The values and work ethic that softball has instilled in me have allowed me to overcome hardships in my own life and have created a drive in me to continue my softball career after college. I am very competitive and love playing at the highest level. I am passionate about traveling and experiencing new things while growing the game by giving back to others the gift of softball, which has given me so much.

I am currently finishing my sixth (and last) year of college softball at Belmont University. I work out consistently 3 times a week and practice regularly hitting and catching at school and in the off-season. I am in shape and ready to compete!
