Evyn is a very versatile player.  Though his primary position has been catcher, he can also play any of the infield positions as well as the corner outfield spots.  He once participated as a second baseman for the International Stars in the Prague Baseball Week.

As a catcher, he blocks and receives well and has an average pop time of 1.9 seconds.  At the plate, he is a gap-to-gap hitter with some power.  He makes consistent contact and doesn’t strike out a lot.

Evyn is a very supportive teammate who integrates well with other team members.  He is a hard worker who does what is necessary to help the team win.

He also has coaching experience at the youth and high school levels, and he would be open to helping a club’s coaching staff.
