I am a four year starter in college. My freshman year I started at third base and hit fifth for my team. I earned freshman of the year honors from my school while finishing second in home runs for my team. My sophomore season I hit third, leading my team in home runs and RBI’s and being nominated as the athlete of the year. That summer I played for the Outer Banks Daredevils where I was named team MVP and selected to the All-Star game. My junior season I played third again and batted fourth for my team. I led my team in home runs and RBI’s again. That summer I played for the Hurricanes in the MACL where I led the league in home runs.

My senior season I transferred to Piedmont International University to play with the coach I had played for the past summer. There I started every game at short-stop and hit third for them. I earned defensive player of the year honors there as well. The summer following my senior year I spent in Puerto Rico playing in the Puerto Rico Collegiate League. There I started at short-stop and hit lead off. I also pitched, including a complete game one-hitter.

I am a very hard working player, always looking to improve. I am athletic and can play any position on the diamond. While I have only played in-field in college, I have the capability of moving to the outfield if needed. My pitching was no used at my schools, but has developed in the summer following my senior year and become a strong asset of mine. I am an energetic player, but one who is focused and determined to win. With the power I have at the plate, my glove, and my strong arm I am an overall strong player with a lot of capabilities on the field.

Abilities summary: I have a strong arm from across the diamond, and can throw upper 80’s to low 90’s off the mound. I have a fastball, change-up, 2-seam, and a curve while pitching. I have great range at short-stop, and quick reaction time at third. I have plus power at the plate, and can hit for average. I run a 7.0 60, and have good footwork on the infield. This summer I led the Puerto Rican Collegiate League with a 0.50 ERA.
