I bring fundamental and advanced baseball knowledge with the ability to teach the fundamental skills required for development.
I have a total of 25 years of coaching experience at the youth and high school levels. My philosophy is to teach the fundamentals of the game while at the same time helping to develop positive character development such as discipline, commitment, patience, and other soft life skills. The overall goal is to teach the game for enjoyment and personal fulfillment.
I have a transformational coaching philosophy with a situational coaching style. I would like to use the game as a teaching tool for life, and cultural exchange, and how that will affect the style of play teams will experience.
