My name is Christopher Colotti. I was born and raised in Newburgh, NY. I have had the love for the game of baseball for as long as I remember. It is something that helped me become the man I am today and has helped me build relationships that will last me the rest of my life. I have played and trained with people of all walks of life, people that have been in the Major League as well as other professional leagues. I am a versatile baseball player with the ability to adjust to the coaches needs and standards. Baseball has been something I have worked relentlessly with and for since I was able to pick up a baseball bat. I dedicate myself constantly on and off the field to get better in every aspect of the game. I am not only a player of the game, but a student of the game and willing to do anything to win. I personally, hate losing more than I love to win and I will stop at nothing to accomplish that. I am a career .300 plus hitter with the ability to use my power to all fields. I have also proven time and time again to come up clutch in close and drastic game situations. I am willing to do anything to improve my game and that game of others that are around me. I have been a leader on and off the field since Middle School. I am willing to make the right sacrifices to play at the highest of levels, and when given the opportunities I have proven that I am capable of doing this.

Ed Dupont

Storm, Hudson River Collegiate Baseball League, Head Coach/Owner

Chris played in the Hudson River Collegiate Baseball League in the 2018 & 2019 summer seasons. We played in the Championship both seasons, winning in 2019 with a 20-8 record. Coach Matt Cornacchione formerly from Nyack College sent him to me originally and this is where Chris attended college. I am the Head Coach of the HRCBL Storm and Chris played on my roster both seasons. Chris is an outstanding individual and leader with unmatched work ethic. He has great character and comes from a terrific family where his parents have set great examples for him. Always playing the game the right way, being respectful to teammates, Coaches and umpires has been his priority. All the while being highly competitive with a desire to win every at bat make every defensive play and try to help the team win! In 2019 Chris hit .423 finishing second in the HRCBL among all players and for the second season he was in contention for the “Hitman” award which is the HRCBL batting title. I wish I could have had Chris on my roster for more than two seasons and honestly if I could clone him I would. He will be greatly missed by the HRCBL Storm family and we will follow his future closely wishing him success.
