Play rightfield at D1, PO at Juco, and P/1B/#3 hitter at NAIA.
I have collegiate experience at 1st base and right field. High school experience as a shortstop. Lifelong pitcher turned right fielder and DH at University of Montana. At my JUCO, I was a pitcher only. At my NAIA I am a Pitcher/1B and the #3 hitter.
As a pitcher I value composure, keeping a level head knowing that my teammates feed off of my energy. I lead by example, I hustle, I pick my teammates up. I participate in cheers to keep high energy in the dugout. I’m always down to get extra reps, throw fronts toss, etc. More than anything I show up everyday with a positive attitude, grateful to be on the softball field for another day.

Coaching
Most of my experience is in private pitching and hitting instruction. I focus first on encouraging my players and building their trust with me and their confidence in themselves. I build confidence through hard work, reps, and challenging them to be their best. I provide insights from my own experience, and focus on developing a strong mental approach to the game. Above all else I don’t take a cookie cutter approach. I cater to the athletes strengths and what makes them unique to develop them to the best of their ability.
Overseas Goals
As I am approaching my last year of collegiate eligibility I am realizing I am simply not ready to be done with my career. Softball has been my ticket to go many places and allowed me the opportunity for a college education. I want to continue playing softball while I am able to, so I can continue growing and learning the game and eventually coach at a high level, as well as travel to a new part of the world.
